What to include
Submitting a source
Include the title, the publisher or issuing body, the date, and a direct link to the original document. Submissions without a locatable original cannot be published.
Requesting a correction
Identify the page and the exact wording at issue, state what is inaccurate, and where possible point to the source that establishes the correct position.
Objecting to an entry
Objections are reviewed against the published editorial standards. An entry that cannot be supported by its cited source is corrected or removed.
How submissions are handled
Every submission is assessed for identity match, source origin and relevance before anything is published. A submission that concerns a similarly named individual, or that cannot be traced to an identifiable public source, is not used.
